We are talking about the first and second stages of getting out of the restrictions on coronavirus. According to the representative of Rospotrebnadzor, there are three indicators that allow the city to cancel the self-isolation regime: the infection spread rate, which should be less than one for 70 days, the availability of free beds and a certain rate of population testing - 384 people per 100 thousand population.
"The spread of infection in Moscow is 0.85," RIA Novosti quoted Andreeva. The expert also stressed that Moscow is the absolute leader in terms of testing volumes.
There are two more important indicators: the mortality rate and the registration of community-acquired pneumonia. According to her, the mortality rate in Moscow is 1.1%, these are mainly people over 65 years old.
“We expect that if everything goes as we see today in the decrease in the growth rate and the total number of the disease, then we will be able to move on to the stage of entering the opening of facilities - as indicated in the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor: household services, provision of services to the population, maybe after all, walks and access to fresh air for children and the elderly,”Andreeva said.
She also noted that the most tense situation with the spread of infection has developed in Moscow, but today it is completely controlled.
Despite the optimistic statements by the authorities, experts warn that the weakening of quarantine measures in different countries is associated not with the victory over the infection, but with the economic factor, so people are still at risk. In fact, all countries that have begun to lift restrictions have chosen the path of natural immunization of the population, Professor Alexander Kukharchuk wrote on his Facebook page. According to him, in Sweden this model has not yet justified itself too: in this country 3992 people died, 4971 recovered. The ratio of recovered to deaths is 1.25. The percentage of natural immunization of the total population is 0.05%. In Portugal, where the government introduced a state of emergency, with the same population as in Sweden, 1302 people died, 7705 recovered, the ratio of recovered to deaths is 5.92, the percentage of natural immunization is 0.08%
"Learn to live with the virus, for example, the way people in India learn to live next to wild animals - a leopard sleeping on the road may not touch you, but it may attack," the professor wrote and urged everyone to observe heightened safety measures until those until the situation with coronavirus in the world stabilizes.
