Kommunarka's doctor warned that he was waiting for those who applied for medical care with ARVI

According to Andrei Grishkovets, head of the therapeutic department of City Clinical Hospital No. 40, those who dare to go to the clinic with symptoms of the disease will have to experience all the “delights” of the city monitoring system for patients with suspected coronavirus.

On his Facebook page, Grishkovets described the mechanism of interaction of the capital's healthcare with patients who went to the clinic with ARVI symptoms. We will remind, earlier, the Moscow mayor's office said that now every case of acute respiratory viral infections in the capital will be regarded as a suspicion of coronavirus. This decision was made due to the fact that in the context of the rapid spread of infection, it is quite difficult to distinguish the early stage of COVID-19 from seasonal respiratory disease.

According to the doctor Kommunarka, after going to the hospital, a doctor will come to his home and write out a work certificate. They will not give him on hand. After that, the patient will be prohibited from leaving the apartment, and the city tracking systems will monitor compliance with the self-isolation regime. Grishkovets warned that there is no deadline for the end of automatic tracking, so it is not known whether it is possible to delete your data from the program database.

“You will be taken under“Social Monitoring”- a program for your phone that will also follow you, it is incredibly crooked. If you cannot install it, or it “crashes”, the system will fine you every day until you install or fix it. No warnings - an automatic fine, according to established practice - 4 thousand. It seems that the city can give you a tablet with this program,”wrote Andrei Grishkovets.

The doctor also warned that if a person needed hospitalization, the city surveillance system would decide that he had unauthorizedly left the premises and would fine him. It will be difficult to prove the legality of your actions in court, since for this it is necessary to obtain all the decisions on fines, which is very difficult in the regime of self-isolation.

After hospitalization, even if it was necessary to spend one day in the hospital, all data about the patient are reset to zero: he again undertakes not to leave the apartment for two weeks.

“If there is a single base of sickness certificates, it is also incredibly crooked - most likely, you will simply be given a new ID (note: a sick leave certificate) during hospitalization. This means that then you will have to redo everything on your own - go to the clinic again, restore the LN, then return to the hospital, extend, etc. Otherwise, there is a threat of absenteeism and dismissal under the article,”the Kommunarka doctor warned.

It is unlikely to call the "hot lines" now, because they are all overloaded, Grishkovets warned.

“The address that you have indicated is almost impossible to change when you fall ill. If there is an accident at this address (for example, you are left without water or sewage), you will have to stay in place until the end of tracking you. Otherwise - repressive measures (see above). And finally - the system can help your health only in one case - if you need high-flow oxygen. Everything else is an illusion,”concluded the doctor.
