As reported in the "Plan for overcoming the economic consequences of the new coronavirus infection", which was published by the Cabinet, the Moscow Endocrine Plant has already been allocated 864 million rubles.

The government's materials also say that within the framework of financing the production of equipment and products for the detection, prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases, the Russian Fund for Technological Development has begun to issue loans to manufacturers at 1%. At the moment, 50 loans have been approved for 14.5 billion rubles, 30 projects have received funding for more than 10 billion rubles.

Note that the demand for disposable medical masks in Russia has grown sharply after the outbreak of the coronavirus in the country. Now many enterprises are increasing the production of masks; light industry companies, small businesses and even correctional colonies are also involved.
