Regular wet cleaning with disinfectants, airing the premises, cleaning air conditioners and ventilation systems at least once a month - all these measures are required by employers to avoid the spread of coronavirus infection in the workplace.
For air disinfection, ultraviolet bactericidal irradiators of a closed type are most effective, experts say. These devices can be used around the clock in crowded places - in halls, offices, in an industrial workshop.
Also, the specialists of the ministry recommend treating entrance areas, including door handles and handrails, with disinfectant solutions. All workers must be provided with registered handwashing products.
In case of detection of infection with coronavirus among employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it recommends disinfection of surfaces in the patient's office, as well as door handles, window sills, tables, chairs and nightstands. After that, the cabinet should be treated with open ultraviolet irradiators, aerosols and disinfectants.
"Personal items of a sick employee must be immersed in solutions of disinfectants, and tableware must be washed in dishwashers at a temperature of at least 65 degrees," the agency's recommendations read.
