The government will give permission and prescribe the procedure for selling prescription drugs, Interfax reports. The Cabinet of Ministers will also be able to establish "a temporary procedure for the retail trade of drugs for medical use, with the exception of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs, as well as alcohol-containing drugs with a volume fraction of ethyl alcohol over 25 percent." It will not be possible to buy over-the-counter "narcotic and psychotropic drugs through the Internet,alcohol-containing drugs with a volume fraction of ethyl alcohol above 25% ", follows from the law.
