The number of new cases of COVID-19 in Russia per day increased by 163, it reached 658. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Golikova, reports RT.
The number of new infections exceeds the figure for the previous day (57 cases) by almost three times. The day before yesterday, 71 new cases were reported.
Golikova added that 112 thousand people are under observation as part of self-isolation in Russia.
New cases were registered in 20 regions, in two of them - Pskov and Rostov regions - diagnoses were made for the first time. 29 citizens have fully recovered.
