The winners of the first Digital Health Awards® in the field of digital medicine in Russia, organized by the Doctor at Work communication platform for doctors with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation, have become known. The best projects in digital healthcare in Russia were determined by an expert jury, journalists and heads of medical, IT and business publications, including Medportal.ru.

The winners of the first award in the field of digital medicine in Russia, Digital Health Awards 2019®, organized by the Doctor at Work communication platform for doctors with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation, have become known. The best projects in digital healthcare in Russia were determined by an expert jury, journalists and heads of medical, IT and business publications, including Medportal.ru. The award will become annual.
It is difficult to imagine the development of modern medicine without digital technologies. The purpose of the award is to draw attention to the areas of MedTech and Digital Health and to form a community of digital health innovators. Applicants: Companies and business people who are focused on innovation, develop the digital medicine market and adhere to high standards of work. The organizing committee of the Digital Health Awards® ensured fairness and rigorous evaluation criteria.
The two-stage voting was attended by representatives of Kommersant, RB, VC, Medvestnik, Pharmvestnik, Vademecum, Remedium, Health Mail.ru project, Bionika Media publishing house, Medportal, Medrussia, Aktion-MCFER media group, Russian Doctor publishing house, Journal of Telemedicine and eHealth, the journal "Qualitative Clinical Practice" and the project "MED-info". Based on the results, winners and winners were determined in 6 categories (research, technology, commercial medicine, pharmacies and retail, education and government projects, pharmaceuticals and equipment). As well as 4 Grand Prix and a Special Prize of the founders of the award - " Innovations for Moscow ".
The awards were given to companies, projects and businessmen who showed the best results: explosive growth, promising technologies and original solutions, high standards of work. Thus, the winner of the Breakthrough of the Year nomination in the Research category was a new analytical company Alpharm for analyzing Russian pharmaceutical retail. The breakthrough of the year in the category "Commercial medicine" was the face recognition system for clients of Invitro and Mail.ru Group, and in the category "Pharmacies and retail" - the launch of drug delivery OZON.ru.
Another of the goals of the Digital Health Awards® is to draw attention to social and charitable projects. That is why the “Social or Non-Commercial Initiative of the Year” Grand Prix was established, one of the owners of which was the Zhivoi charitable foundation for helping adult patients with a project to translate guidelines for cancer patients into Russian.
Yuri Krestinsky, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, Director of the Institute for Public Health Development, was awarded the Grand Prix "Person of the Year" for his contribution to the development of the industry, versatility and managerial expertise. A special prize from the founders of the Innovation for Moscow award was given to the International Medical Cluster - the largest medical infrastructure project in Russia, which implements in Russia, among other things, the latest and most effective digital health practices in the world from leading countries.
