STAGE I

FOR CITIZENS IN THE AGE OF 18-39 YEARS INCLUSIVE - 1 TIME IN 3 YEARS:

Questionnaire

Anthropometry (measuring height, body weight, waist circumference, calculating BMI)
Blood pressure measurement
Determination of the level of total cholesterol in the blood
Determination of fasting blood glucose
Determining the relative cardiovascular risk
Fluorography of the lungs or X-ray of the lungs (once every 2 years)
Electrocardiography (for men and women over 35)
For women: examination by a paramedic (midwifĕ) or obstetrician-gynecologist. Taking a smear from the cervix, cytological examination of a smear from the cervix.
Individual preventive counseling
Final appointment with a general practitioner

FOR CITIZENS AGED 40-64 YEARS OLD INCLUSIVE - 1 TIME YEAR:

Questionnaire

Anthropometry (measuring height, body weight, waist circumference, calculating BMI)
Blood pressure measurement
Determination of the level of total cholesterol in the blood
Determination of fasting blood glucose
Determination of absolute cardiovascular risk
Fluorography of the lungs or X-ray of the lungs (once every 2 years)
Electrocardiography
Measurement of intraocular pressure
Examination by a paramedic (midwife) or obstetrician-gynecologist annually
Taking a smear from the cervix, cytological examination of a smear (once every three years)
For women: mammography (once every 2 years)
For men: determination of PSA in blood (aged 45, 50, 55, 60 and 64 years)
Feces for occult blood (once every 2 years)
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (aged 45)
Complete blood count (hemoglobin, leukocytes, ESR)
Individual preventive counseling (once every 3 years)
Final appointment with a general practitioner

FOR CITIZENS AGED 65 AND OVER - 1 TIME PER YEAR:

Questionnaire

Anthropometry (measuring height, body weight, waist circumference, calculating BMI)
Blood pressure measurement
Determination of the level of total cholesterol in the blood
Determination of fasting blood glucose
Fluorography of the lungs or X-ray of the lungs (once every 2 years)
Electrocardiography
Examination by a paramedic (midwife) or obstetrician-gynecologist
For women: mammography (once every 2 years) up to 75 years
Feces for occult blood
Complete blood count (hemoglobin, leukocytes, ESR).
Individual preventive counseling
Final appointment with a general practitioner

According to the results of the first stage of clinical examination, including examination for the identification of visual and other localizations of oncological diseases, including examination of the skin, mucous lips and oral cavity, palpation of the thyroid gland, lymph nodes, in order to establish a diagnosis, determine the health group, dispensary observation, determine medical indications for examinations (consultations) as part of the second stage of clinical examination.

II STAGE

IN ADDITIONALLY, ON THE RESULTS OF THE I STAGE OF DISPENSERIZATION

Neurologist (if there are indications or suspicions for the first time)

Duplex scanning of brachycephalic arteries (for men 45-72 years old and women 54-72 years old in the presence of risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases)
Surgeon or urologist (for men aged 45, 50, 55, 60, 64 years with an increase in the level of prostate-specific antigen in the blood of more than 4 ng / ml)
Surgeon or coloproctologist (including sigmoidoscopy if there are indications for citizens from 40 to 75 years old inclusive if there are specific indications)
Colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy (in case of suspicion of colon cancer)
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (as prescribed by a therapist)
Radiography of the lungs, computed tomography of the lungs (as prescribed by a general practitioner)
Spirometry (if chronic broncho-pulmonary disease is suspected)
Obstetrician-gynecologist (for women 18 years of age and older if indicated)
Otorhinolaryngologist (for citizens over 65 years old if indicated)
Ophthalmologist (for citizens over 40 years old if indicated)
Preventive in-depth counseling, if indicated (in the department of medical prevention)
Final appointment with a general practitioner (establishing (clarifying) the diagnosis, determining the health group, etc.)
