In Moscow, for the offices of general practitioners, a preferential rental rate for premises will be established - 1 ruble per 1 sq. m per year, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said at a meeting of the city government on Wednesday, RBC reports.
As the mayor noted, the so-called Doctor Nearby project will be implemented in the capital.
On the eve of the spread of private medical offices located in the capital's residential buildings, the Moscow Department of Health spoke out.
Speaking at a meeting of the Moscow government, the head of the City Health Department, Georgy Golukhov, stressed that the project provides for the development of a network of non-state clinics (offices) for primary reception of the population.
To organize such an office, it is necessary to conclude a lease agreement for premises owned by the city of Moscow, the term of the agreement is 20 years. Organizations participating in the project must have at least three years of continuous work experience in the health sector and have a full-time professional staff with the appropriate qualifications in the list of primary health care services.
According to the project, the period for the repair and adaptation of premises for the purpose of opening a clinic (office) is within six months from the date of the conclusion of the lease agreement, the same period is set for the beginning of the provision of primary health care.
If the tenant violates the conditions for the provision of medical and sanitary care to the population and the misuse of the rented premises, sanctions are provided in the form of a fine and early termination of the lease agreement unilaterally.
